Mr. Vikram Kothari, aged about 40 years, is a MBA.
Mr. Kothari is an CEO of an international group chain of associated hotels all over globe having 140 offices across globe and 600,000 + hotels across globe
He is promoter for one of the topmost a barter company from last 10 years with expertise in all home appliances, electronic, advertising and construction material.
Mr. Kothari had done Hospitality & Diploma in Hotel Management with over all 15 years of hard core industry experience right from entry level in Hotel / Club Membership department as a Marketing Director of a Resort in and around india. Was associated with many timeshare and holiday membership company.
His professional expertise includes extensive experience in planning, conceptualizing & execution of any projects. Supervising and managing the Hotel / Resort operations, resource planning, procurement and maintenance of inventory levels for smooth functioning of all departments, purchasing for hospitality
Has a hands on experience in structuring Hospitality deals in terms of Financial Planning, Demand and Supply analysis, working out mixed developments to optimize fund flows.
Debt free strategy for the project in minimum payback period, Projections of cash flows and Project Reports to support Business Finance, Structuring Business Plans, Close track and updated with industry happenings, direct contact with most of the international and Indian brands.
He has proven track record of developing procedures, service standards and operational policies, planning & implementing effective control measures to reduce running costs of the unit.
Mr.Mayur A. Shah, aged about 55 years is a IT professional having a experience in It field from last 33 years. He had developed unique & creative concept in I.T. field like Remote Connectivity, Thin Client, Kiosk etc. Also, had a great achievement in Distribution field. He is pioneer in promoting brand unknown to user at very cost effective price. He was having distributorship of renowned company like Asus, HP, I-Ball, Soarnex etc. He had achieved “ ALL INDIA BEST PARTNER” award from HP for promoting AMD Technology in I.T. Also, Linux Operating System was unknown to user & as a result they were paying huge amount to Microsoft. He acquainted End User with Linux & saved hard earned money of customer. Also, He is having good knowledge of Finance & is well aware of latest schemes offered by Government which helps user to get fund at very low cost.
Mr. Shamrao S. Shinde, aged 40 years, is Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Mumbai University. Prior to incorporation of our Company, he had been carrying on the business of civil construction by way of a proprietorship firm. He has over 20 years of experience in the business of construction and has played a significant role in the development of our business.
