Vasind Project

After gaining experience of Karjat studio Resort cum Club the promoters of the company decided to construct a residential hub in the upcoming areas of Vasind. The promoters after having dialogues with the various influential people and experts in the line of Real estate and hotel industry, decided to construct a residential hub which is nearer to various Corporate, IT hubs etc. In the process the promoters decided to acquire a piece of land in joint venture near Vasind. As such they found a freehold land in Vasind (E) just few minute drive from Mumbai-Nashik National Highway. The company entered into a Development agreement and decide to construct the piece of land admeasuring 80 Acres in the name of the company M/s BuildGreen Infra Project Private Limited.

Location & Land Details

The project is being set up on 8 phases adjoining plots of land aggregating 80 acres at Village-Shere, Taluka-Shahpur, Vasind (East), Off. Mumbai Nashik Express Highway, Mumbai. The plots of land are located at Survey No. ____, Hissa No-------, CTS No. -----------. BuildGreen Infra project have taken the full development right and marketing right of freehold lands from private party vide Development and marketing Agreement dated 1 Jan, 2022 It has obtained land use permission for residential and hotel purpose and building plan approval for stilt slab level from Maha Nagarpalika under

Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, 1988, vide letters dated __________ respectively. The promoters have indicated that permission for construction of the entire project would be granted to the company after completion up to stilt slab level and inspection of competent local authorities thereafter. As per the practice prevalent in Vasind, after building plan approval, certificate for commencement of construction is being granted initially up to stilt level and thereafter endorsements are made floor wise on the same certificate after inspecting so as to ensure that each floor strictly adheres to the permitted FAR rules.


1.04 THE PROPOSED PROJECT

The promoters have decided to set up a Luxury Residence apartment, Studio and Bungalow with more than 5000 units and other facilities at Vasind, Mumbai.

The plot of land admeasuring 80 Acres. for the proposed project.

The land is situated on Mumbai Nashik Express Highway, at Vasind in close proximity to Mumbai nashik highway (7 mins. drive) and Vasind Railway Station (5 mins. drive). The site is surrounded by Lush green trees adjoining river touch and is a very good location for a tourism and second home project. The project is being undertaken by the promoters looking to the excellent market prospects and expansion of their Real estate business.

The total cost of the proposed project is estimated at Rs. 900 crores. The breakup will be as follows:

1.06 PRESENT STATUS

Work completed

 Land filling for the entire plot upto road level has been completed.

 Compound wall has been erected around the full plot.

 Gates have been erected at the entrance.

 Storm water drainage has been laid out along the plot.

 Electric connection with wiring has been laid out all along the plot.

 2 nos. Boring wells have been made for water source

 Submersible electric pumps have been installed.
