Mr. Vikram Kothari (Chairman & Managing Director)
An
MBA – Hospitality & Diploma in Hotel Management with over all 15 years of
hard core industry experience right from entry level in Hotel / Club Membership
department as a Manager of a Resort in Mumbai. Was associated with many
timeshare and holiday membership company.
His
professional expertise includes extensive experience in planning, conceptualizing
& execution of any projects. Supervising and managing the Hotel / Resort
operations, resource planning, procurement and maintenance of inventory levels
for smooth functioning of all departments, purchasing for hospitality
Has
a hands on experience in structuring Hospitality deals in terms of Financial
Planning, Demand and Supply analysis, working out mixed developments to
optimize fund flows.
Debt
free strategy for the project in minimum payback period, Projections of cash
flows and Project Reports to support Business Finance, Structuring Business
Plans, Close track and updated with industry happenings, direct contact with
most of the international and Indian brands.
He
has proven track record of developing procedures, service standards and
operational policies, planning & implementing effective control measures to
reduce running costs of the unit.

Mr. Fasiur Rehman Siddiqui

*A Hotel Management Graduate from the IHM - Mumbai after
which he Post Graduated in Hotel Management.
*He has been associated with the
Industry for over 11 years and
worked with various groups.
He
has around 11 years of domain experience. Prior to joining this company, he has
worked with Companies like Adventure Group, RGBC, Yash Group of Companies, etc.
Ms. Kavita Kanojia (Director - Head
HR & Training)
*A Commerce Graduate with a Diploma in MBA
in HR - She has over 10 years experience in various Hotel Groups.
*Has also had national exposure
in Hotel Operations with
specialization in Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Marketing &
Sales, Finance & Management Development.
*Is also a qualified Leadership
Grid Trainer and has conducted various Grid Programs for Hotel staff within the
Group.
Mr. Arun Pandey (Sr. VP - Sales
& Marketing)
*Prior to this assignment, he was the General Manager,
Corporate Sales at Whispering Woods Country Club, Hotels & Resorts. WWCC
has one of the fastest growing portfolios of hotels & resorts with the
brand of 3-4 star properties, and he will be a key member of the team.
*His career spans over 15 years
at senior positions with leading hospitality brands. He has been the Director
of Sales, Revolution X Company, Mumbai and also Regional Head for BMA, Patna
